How do I delete my account?
Pursuant to our data retention policies and applicable privacy laws, you may request the deletion of your WiDi account through the following process:
- Submit a formal account deletion request to support@widi.app
- Verify your identity through our secure authentication process
- Receive confirmation of account deletion within 30 days
Please note: Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed in accordance with our data retention schedule, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
How do I report abuse?
WiDi maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior. To report violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines:
- Use the in-app reporting feature by selecting the "Report" option on any content
- Email our Trust & Safety team at safety@widi.app with detailed information about the incident
- Include relevant screenshots or evidence to support your report
All reports are handled confidentially and investigated thoroughly in accordance with our abuse prevention protocols.
