By downloading, installing, or using the WiDi application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WiDi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share inappropriate or offensive content

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiDi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
